We are seeking a talented and customer-focused Spa Therapist who will provide first-class treatments & exemplary customer care to our guests during their visits. As a Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for performing a variety of beauty treatments, injectables and services. Experience in multiple services is preferable.

• Consult with clients to understand their beauty goals and preferences.
• Provide personalised beauty services that meet the client's needs and expectations.
• Recommend and sell beauty products and treatments to clients.
• Stay updated on beauty trends and techniques through training and professional development.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
• Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and processing payments.

About you:

You will have a passion for beauty and wellness, excellent interpersonal skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding service to every client.

• Hold relevant Health & Beauty qualification.
• Demonstrate the highest level of professionalism in order to provide a first-class and consistent service to your clients.
• Act as an ambassador for TGB SPA, displaying a great sense of style and integrity.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and creativity.
• Possess demonstrable knowledge of relevant trends in the Health and Beauty industry.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
