The GelBottle Inc. is on an exciting growth journey, and we're looking for a Senior Demand Forecaster to be part of our vibrant, founder-led company. Our Operations team is at the heart of our business, ensuring seamless supply chain management, logistics, and inventory control. Their key mission? Delivering our products on time so our customers can focus on running their businesses. With a global supplier and distribution network, this team constantly looks for ways to improve efficiency across sourcing, warehousing, and distribution.

You will develop and maintain short- and long-term global forecasts, aligning them with our business capabilities and growth objectives. This role requires a strategic mindset, analytical expertise, and a deep understanding of sales and operations planning (S&OP) processes. You could expect to: 

• Build and maintain accurate demand forecasts across multiple product categories, sales channels, and regions.
• Analyse market trends and historical data to optimise inventory levels and reduce supply chain risks.
• Track forecast accuracy and adjust models based on real-time business performance.
• Manage and enhance S&OP processes, ensuring alignment with cross-functional teams.
• Identify and implement process improvements to drive operational efficiency and scalability.

This is a hybrid position, 3 days a week at our Brighton HQ. 

About you:

You will have a background in demand planning within a similar industry and will be adaptable to thrive in a fast-paced business that is still evolving. Scale is important, we have a range of products and launch new shades and lines every month. Here are a few things we'll be looking for:

• Extensive experience in Demand Planning, preferably in a fast moving product business.
• Proven track record in building and modelling Excel-based demand forecasts across multiple product categories.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex problems and streamline processes in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organisational skills with high attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
