The GelBottle Inc. is on an exciting growth journey, and we're looking for a Senior Warehouse Manager to be part of our vibrant, founder-led company. We're looking for a strategic and hands-on logistics leader to optimise our warehouse and fulfilment operations. You’ll drive process improvements, boost productivity, and ensure timely, cost-effective delivery across global markets.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading warehouse operations and continuous process improvement
• Managing a high-performing team across logistics and customer fulfilment
• Collaborating with Supply Chain and Commercial teams to ensure smooth order flow and a best-in-class customer experience
• Optimising our distribution network and delivery partners for performance and cost
• Ensuring compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards
• Driving reporting, automation, and WMS optimisation
• Managing budgets and identifying scalable, cost-effective logistics solutions

About you:

Bringing extensive experience in Global Operations and Warehouse Management, this candidate has led teams and worked across multichannel, international distribution networks. With a commercial mindset and a drive for operational efficiency, they thrive in fast-paced, scaling environments.

• Strong background in global operations and warehouse leadership
• Skilled in managing multichannel, global distribution networks
• Proven leadership experience, collaborating across supply chain, finance, and commercial teams
• Deep knowledge of NetSuite WMS or similar platforms
• Experience in high-volume, scale-up environments from transferable industries
• Commercially focused with a passion for driving efficiency and results
