International Account Manager

This is a high-impact opportunity to shape our international growth strategy during an exciting phase of expansion. With global ambitions in motion, your leadership and commercial vision will be key in driving success across the UK and export markets. You’ll develop and execute international sales plans, strengthen key relationships, and identify new commercial partnerships to fuel global presence and revenue growth.
Working closely with senior stakeholders, you’ll ensure every initiative aligns with broader business goals. You could also expect to:
- Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the Sales Director to develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve business goals.
- Key Account Management: Manage and nurture relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our market presence and increase revenue.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions for both our online and offline accounts.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
- Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations with new and existing clients to secure favourable terms and conditions that meet business objectives.
- Budget Management: Oversee budget planning and management to ensure efficient use of resources and maximization of ROI.
- Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts across international markets, leveraging historical data, market trends, and client insights to support strategic planning and revenue growth.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
