Sales Operations Specialist

The GelBottle Inc. is on an exciting growth journey, and we're looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to be part of our vibrant, founder-led company. This is a truly exciting time to join our growing US team and help keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. In this role, you’ll be the link between Sales, Logistics, and Customer Service, making sure orders are fulfilled accurately, service agreements are met, and customers have a great experience from start to finish.
You’ll be working closely with the Sales Director to spot opportunities for process improvements, resolve any order or logistics issues, and support the team with strategic insights. If you enjoy problem-solving, working across departments, and making things more efficient, this could be a great fit.
- Oversee the full order process, resolving issues, adjusting priorities, and working directly with logistics partners and internal teams
- Review sales and order data to spot trends and share recommendations with management
- Create and improve fulfilment processes to boost efficiency and accuracy
- Identify ways to streamline workflows and enhance the customer experience
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Track order trends, fulfilment accuracy, and customer satisfaction, and report insights to the Sales Director
- Manage third-party logistics relationships, including performance reviews and contract discussions
- Support the sales team with complex customer needs and ensure service levels are met
- Plan and manage logistics for sales events and exhibitions, including vendor coordination and budget tracking
- Act as the main point of contact between Sales, Logistics, and Customer Service, with the ability to adjust priorities and service levels as needed
About you:

- Proven experience in sales operations, supply chain, or process improvement
- Confident making decisions and driving process improvements independently
- Strong analytical skills with experience using CRM and ERP/fulfilment systems
- Clear communicator with solid negotiation and relationship management abilities
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
Bonus if you have:
- A degree in Business, Sales Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field
- Experience working with third-party logistics providers
- Familiarity with NetSuite or similar ERP platforms
- Background in cosmetics, personal care, or consumer goods
- Experience leading cross-functional projects or strategic initiatives
