Senior Warehouse Manager
You’ll take ownership of the entire logistics process, overseeing and optimising warehouse operations while driving customer fulfilment for our online, wholesale, and international distributors.

You’ll take ownership of the entire logistics process, overseeing and optimising warehouse operations while driving customer fulfilment for our online, wholesale, and international distributors. In this role, you’ll lead a dedicated team, ensuring seamless product distribution and an outstanding customer experience. Your operational expertise will be key to enhancing efficiency, achieving our company’s goals, and helping us maintain our position as an industry leader.
Warehouse Operations
- Lead daily warehouse activities, driving process improvement and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Implement best practices to boost productivity, optimise layout, and leverage technology and machinery.
Team Leadership
- Mentor and develop a high-performing warehouse and operations team.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Inventory & Supply Chain
- Partner with the Supply Chain team to manage inventory and conduct regular stock checks.
Customer Fulfilment
- Collaborate with the Commercial team to deliver an excellent customer experience.
- Communicate on customer orders across all channels, managing expectations around lead times and delays.
Distribution & Logistics
- Optimise the distribution network, including transportation and delivery partners, to ensure timely, cost-effective deliveries.
- Establish and monitor KPIs for logistics and fulfilment.
Risk & Compliance
- Proactively identify risks in logistics and customer operations, developing contingency plans to minimise disruption.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and quality standards, working closely with Facilities.
Continuous Improvement & Reporting
- Drive ongoing improvements in warehouse management systems and processes.
- Provide regular reporting to key business areas, including SLT, Finance, Supply Chain, Customer Services, and Sales.
Budget & Cost Management
- Manage the logistics and customer operations budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and service excellence.
- Identify and partner with the most efficient delivery providers.
This is a hybrid role with opportunity to work from home, but due to the nature of the position, it can be up to 5 days a week onsite in the Warehouse.
About you:

We’re looking for someone who brings deep operational expertise, a commercial mindset, and a passion for driving results.
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Extensive experience in operations and warehouse management
- A track record working with multichannel and global distribution networks
- Proven ability to lead teams and collaborate with supply chain, finance, and commercial partners
- Strong knowledge of NetSuite WMS or similar warehouse management systems
- Experience in a scale-up business from a comparable industry, with high order volume and a diverse customer base
- A commercial approach, always seeking operational efficiency
Bonus points if you also have:
- Experience with different distribution models (such as 3PL and in-house networks)
- Hands-on experience with NetSuite WMS
- Previous roles in the cosmetics sector
- Sharp analytical skills and a passion for using data and reporting to drive commercial success
