About the role

The GelBottle Inc. is on an exciting growth journey, and we're looking for a Freelance Spa Therapist to be part of our vibrant, founder-led company. We launched our new landmark beauty destination over a year ago and it is the ultimate creative expression of DKollection’s love for beautiful spaces and world class treatments. TGB SPA marries our superior colour portfolio, technique and constant innovation with effective and extensive options that suit all beauty needs.

We are seeking a talented and customer-focused Spa Therapist who will provide first-class treatments & exemplary customer care to our guests during their visits. As a Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for performing a variety of beauty treatments, Medi spa, Laser and other services. Experience in multiple services is preferable.

Responsibilities:

• Consult with clients to understand their long- and short-term goals and preferences.

• Provide personalised services that meet the client's needs and expectations.

• Maintain a clean and organised work area, following health and safety guidelines.

• Recommend and sell pre and post treatment products and treatments to clients.

• Stay updated on new trends and techniques through training and professional development.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.

• Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and processing payments.
  

About you:

You will have a passion for beauty and wellness, excellent interpersonal skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding service to every client.

What we're looking for:

• Hold a Minimum NVQ level 3-4 qualification or equivalent.

• Demonstrate the highest level of professionalism in order to provide a 5* service.

• Act as an ambassador for TGB SPA, displaying a great sense of style and integrity.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Attention to detail and creativity.

• Possess demonstrable knowledge of relevant trends in the industry.

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is preferable.
