About the role
The GelBottle Inc. is on an exciting growth journey, and we're looking for a Warehouse Operative to join the team.
In this role, you will help with all stock movements - from unloading items and putting them into storage, to topping up pick bins so orders can be packed on time. You will use scanners and warehouse systems to record stock and report any issues, damages, or missing items.
Please note this role is working Monday-Friday 8am-4pm in our Shoreham-By-Sea Warehouse and offers paid overtime.
Your role:
Receive, check and store products accurately.
Use scanners to put stock in the correct locations.
Refill pick bins before they run low.
Move damaged items to the QC area and keep your workspace clean.
Check and process returns in the system.
Report any stock issues, damages or discrepancies to your supervisor.
Help with regular stock counts and the annual stock check.
Support busy periods like sales or new product launches.
Follow all Health & Safety rules and report hazards or incidents.
Use warehouse equipment safely and report any faults.
Carry out other warehouse duties as needed to support the team.
About you:
You’re accurate, reliable, and able to work safely in a fast‑paced warehouse environment. You can lift and move stock, use scanners and systems, and follow processes while keeping quality high. You work well with others and stay focused on meeting targets.
Warehouse experience and scanner/system use (preferred).
Physically able to lift, move and stand/walk for long periods.
Good attention to detail and able to work quickly while staying accurate.
Can follow instructions and Health & Safety rules.
Basic reading, writing and number skills.
Reliable, on time, and flexible when extra work is needed
A good team player who can also work alone.
Motivated to meet daily targets.
Understanding of safe manual handling (preferred).
Experience working to targets (preferred).
Dangerous Goods training is an advantage.
Forklift experience (Aisle Master) is a bonus.
