E-commerce Executive
As our E-commerce Executive, you'll play a key role in bringing our digital shopping experience to life keeping our websites fresh, accurate and commercially optimised.

As our E-commerce Executive, you'll play a key role in bringing our digital shopping experience to life across TGB, Peacci and Academy. Supporting the E-Commerce Manager, you'll be responsible for keeping our websites fresh, accurate and commercially optimised, from launching new products and campaigns to building pages, updating content and enhancing the customer journey.
Working closely with teams across Brand, Creative, Commercial, CRM and Operations, you'll help ensure the right products, content and experiences go live at the right time, creating seamless online journeys that drive engagement, conversion and growth.
Your Role:
Manage day-to-day website and CMS updates across products, campaigns, promotions and customer journeys.
Build and update landing pages, product pages, collection pages, banners and on-site content.
Upload and maintain product information, imagery and assets, ensuring accuracy across all websites.
Support product launches by preparing content, navigation, categorisation and customer journeys for launch.
Assist with on-site merchandising, search, filtering and product discovery to enhance the customer experience.
Set up and maintain promotions, including discount codes, bundles, gifting offers and campaign pages.
Carry out regular site QA, ensuring content, pricing, functionality and customer journeys are working seamlessly.
Partner with Brand, Creative and Commercial teams to keep website content engaging, up to date and aligned to priorities.
Collaborate with IT and development teams to troubleshoot issues, test updates and support platform improvements.
Use customer insights and site performance data to identify opportunities for optimisation and improved conversion.
About you:
You'll be a highly organised self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You’ll love bringing great digital experiences to life, have a sharp eye for detail and enjoy juggling multiple priorities. You'll be collaborative, proactive and always looking for ways to improve the customer journey.
You'll bring:
Experience in eCommerce, digital merchandising, website content management or digital marketing.
Hands-on experience with eCommerce platforms such as Shopify, BigCommerce, Magento or similar.
Confidence working with PIM systems and managing product, pricing and content updates.
An understanding of on-site merchandising, navigation, search and product discovery best practices.
Exceptional attention to detail with a passion for accuracy, QA and problem-solving.
A commercial and analytical mindset, with an interest in using data to improve content and customer journeys.
Comfortable collaborating with teams across Brand, Creative, Commercial, CRM, Operations and IT.Experience with tools such as Klaviyo, Canva, Bynder, Box or Dropbox would be advantageous.
A genuine passion for beauty, retail, eCommerce and creating exceptional online experiences.
